Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m the founder of Lauren Frain Conveyancing and an independent conveyancer based in Morley, Leeds, but more than that, I’m someone who genuinely cares about the experience people have when they move home. I’ve always believed that buying or selling a property shouldn’t feel cold or transactional. It’s often one of the biggest moments in someone’s life, whether it’s a first home, a family move, or a fresh start and I never lose sight of that. Setting up my own consultancy was important to me because I wanted to work differently. I didn’t want clients to feel like a reference number or struggle to get updates. I keep my caseload intentionally low so I can be present, responsive and fully involved in each transaction. When you contact me, you speak to me. I’m naturally organised and detail-focused (sometimes a little too much!), but I also understand the emotional side of moving. My aim is to make the legal process feel clear, calm and manageable. I’ll explain things in plain English, keep you informed, and be honest with you if something needs attention. Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two, so I completely understand how full life can feel, which is why I value clear communication and efficiency. I know how important it is to have someone reliable handling the details so you can focus on everything else that comes with a move. At the heart of it, I set up my business to build something I’m proud of, a service built on trust, professionalism and genuine care.

Hi, I’m Sienna. I am Lauren’s assistant at Lauren Frain Conveyancing. I began my career in conveyancing in 2025 and, while still early in my journey, I have been fortunate to gain hands-on experience in an environment that values precision, care, and attention to detail. Working with Lauren Frain Conveyancing has given me a unique opportunity to learn and grow in ways that wouldn’t be possible in a high-volume firm. I have quickly developed a genuine passion for my role and thrive on clear, friendly communication with clients. I’m always happy to help and am only an email away. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Ozzy, and my horses.
